Ricky Gornek has over a decade of experience in capital markets, private placements, and alternative investments and joined the Trellis team in 2026 where he is responsible for investor relations, capital formation, and the distribution of oil and gas investment opportunities.

Prior to Trellis, Ricky worked extensively in Regulation D private placements, focusing on alternative investment offerings including oil and gas partnerships and Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs). Throughout his career, he has worked with Broker-Dealers, Registered Investment Advisors, and individual investors to raise capital for private market investment opportunities.

Before entering the financial services industry, Ricky served eight years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps, including multiple deployments to Iraq.

Ricky holds the Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
